Our blankets are personalized woven throw blankets made to order. Product photos are for illustration; slight variations in color, weave, and lettering placement are natural and are not defects. Sizes listed are approximate.
Section 3 — Orders and Personalization
You are responsible for the accuracy of every name and detail you enter at checkout. We weave exactly what you submit and do not provide proofs. Names are limited to 17 characters each, including the word "The" and any spaces. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders containing offensive, unlawful, or trademarked text. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a full refund.
Section 4 — Prices and Billing
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Bundle discounts and rush fees are shown before payment. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information.
Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery
Delivery estimates (typically 5–10 days from order) are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the package is delivered to the carrier-confirmed address. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Section 6 — Returns and Refunds
All purchases are covered by our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee as described in our Return & Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.
Section 7 — Intellectual Property
All content on the Services, including the Blanket Dudes name, logo, designs, text, and images, is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. By submitting a name or text for personalization, you confirm you have the right to use it.

Messages you send through live chat or email may be stored to provide support and improve our service. Do not send payment card details through chat.
Section 9 — Third-Party Links and Services
The Services may include links to or tools from third parties (such as Stripe and Google). We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services.

If you send us reviews, photos, or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use them in connection with our business, including marketing.
