Every blanket is woven to order with your family's name, then shipped straight to you. Plan on 5–10 days from the day you order.

• Standard: order by December 12 for the best shot at arriving before Christmas.
• Rush production (+$15): order by December 15.
• You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

Big family orders (we love those!) sometimes ship in separate boxes. Check your shipping email for each tracking number. If something still seems missing after everything lands, message us with your order number and we'll sort it out.

Because every blanket is woven with your family's name, we can't accept returns for change of mind — so double-check spelling before you order!
