Overview
Every Blanket Dudes blanket is woven to order with your family's name, then packed and shipped straight to your door. Here's everything you need to know about getting your blanket home for the holidays.
1. Delivery Time
Please allow 5–10 days from the day you order for your blanket to arrive. That window includes weaving your personalized blanket and shipping it to you.
- Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays enter production the next business day.
- Rush production (+$15) moves your order to the front of the loom line.
- All delivery times are estimates. Carrier delays, weather, and peak-season volume can occasionally add time.
2. Christmas Ordering Deadlines
- Standard: order by December 12 for the best chance of arriving before Christmas.
- Rush production: order by December 15.
- Orders placed after these dates are woven and shipped as fast as possible, but holiday delivery cannot be guaranteed.
3. Free Shipping
Shipping is FREE on every order. No minimums, no surprise fees at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
As soon as your blanket ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Order page using your email and order number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.
5. Taxes & Duties
Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable. For orders shipped outside the United States, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.
6. Our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee
If something isn't right with your order, contact us within 30 days of your confirmed delivery date and we'll make it right with a free replacement, a full refund for qualifying issues, or store credit. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your blanket arrives damaged or doesn't match what you ordered, email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your full name and order number.
- A clear description of the issue.
- Photos of the full blanket and a close-up of the problem.
- Photos of the outer packaging if it was damaged in transit.
8. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you don't have your blanket:
- Check with neighbors, building management, and other household members.
- Wait 2 more business days — carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early.
- Contact the carrier with your tracking number to open a trace.
If it still can't be found after 5 business days, contact us with your order number and we'll work with the carrier and, where applicable, send a replacement or refund. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we are not responsible for packages delivered to the address provided.
